Ever since Verizon updated there website they made it more complicated than before. It's not easy to keep up with. I've called Verizon about this issue and they still can't always provide me with the most up to date minutes used in my long distance limited international calling plan. I shouldn't I have to even call in and waste both my and the companies time to ask for the minutes used so far as it's tedious and time consuming. Was there anything really wrong with the website prior to the "update"? It's become more complicated and I'm unable to see my minutes like have previously. Even the in home agent was unable to assist. Please fix this ASAP or show me the cryptic loophole that I have to decipher to get access the minutes used in my international plan of 500 limited minutes per month?
