I want to share my experience with verizon customer support . I recently placed an order for verizon triple play package. The installation was scheduled for feb 15 th ,2011. Today I called them to get my order # ( as I missed it when I originally placed the order) and I was talking to some one named Jennifer in customer support. She told me she cannot give the order # , but she can review the order with me. Then what she told me is not at the order I placed earlier. She was saying a different price etc. I also got a feeling that she is trying to copy over and make the order to herself as she took 30 minutes of my time to ask all my details etc. I told her I don;t want to go over it again and I just wanted her to tell what is there in my order . Also she was saying the service is not scheduled and she can schedule it for 28 th of feb.
When I originally placed the order I reviewed the order and also confirmed the order with a 3 rd party confirmation etc.
I am not sure what is going on. Fortunately I haven't disconnected my current providers . I end up in cancelling my order with verizon due to this. Not sure this is what I should expect from verizon. I want this to put this to the notice of some one responsible in Verizon.
