Re: Sweet contact page Verizon!

I am sorry to see you are having troubles. Our webpages are 100% functional with Internet Explorer. Other browsers may yield lesser amounts of compatibility.

Re: Sweet contact page Verizon!

Yeah, the only options I got were pop ups with a PHONE NUMBER

I was looking for an EMAIL address.

I want to be able to send an email to customer service. What kind of game is it that you don't want anything you say in writting??

Provide your customers with an e-mail address to send in questions when they have them. Not everyone encounters issues during your business hours. I want to be able to send in an email with my issue so when you open, someone can read it and reply. I also don't want to deal with that nightmare of an automated system that you have for phone calls.

Under no circumstances do I, a human being, want to talk to a machine. I want to talk to another human being. If you won't have a way for me to do that, I want to email.

PROVIDE A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL ADDRESS!

Re: Sweet contact page Verizon!

May be compatible with internet explorer......when IE works correctly. Does anyone really use IE anymore? Every other browser is better then IE. Verizon needs to get with the times and make things compatible with EVERY browser. Its not hard to do.
