Had a power outage, 2 boxes came back the other two won't come up. Did all the troubleshooting steps. Went to Verzion's website, TRIED to use the web troubleshooting, does not work. Called Verizon, was on hold for 50 minutes before I hung up, went to live chat, they said it would be 45 minutes. No offer to call back, no customer service at all. This on top of the internet going up and down, I am quite sure you are throttling connections. The biggest issue is I now have to go and get HD boxes at 5 dollars more a month, even though I don't watch HD TV and they don't have a display.
Comcast is offering a better connection speed and more channels for roughly the same cost. Why should I stay with Verizon?

Good point . The Verizon Customer service is a living nightmare: after hours of waiting you get a person who is not able to help .
