I'm only a few months into our latest triple play contract, but i'm wondering if it's possible to switch to a double play? With the new wireless plans, we'll probably have the whole family with phones, so keeping a home phone doesn't make much sense. I've tried the online chat, but they don't seem to be able to tell, and only want to get me to upgrade or downgrade my internet service and tv service - not eliminate the phone
