I was trying to return my set top boxes

  1.  because the cost are too high
  2.  big bulky takes up too much space
  3. did not do anything Verizon promised my DVR missed scheduled recordings had to keep setting a record time.

So anyways I called customer service up the regular automated customer service rep comes on and then I had to request to speak to a rep.  I finally got a live person. I asked her that I needed info on my order to return my boxes and why would I be charged to return boxes she goes on and on about how she did not know what I meant and started going on and on about something I can't even remember now.  But I had to stop her and ask her to look at my account for the order.  She then went on about how she needed the account number I gave her my phone number and she still couldn't help.    After 20 mins of her talking about a completely different subject I told her good bye.  She then yelled my name through the phone and then told me to just return the settop boxes to UPS and they could box it up for me.  I then hung up immediately.   

 

Bad Service altogether
