I think verizon may be better off to quit. I have had it over a year and requested my name to be listed in the phone book public from the very start of the service and well, it still is not listed and I have complained 3 times to customer service and been assured it would soon be listed but every new phone book continues to leave it out.
I also find the software to well, suck. It provides downloads that fail and is fustrating, with the service cost increase now 22 over last bill and upgoing, I do not really want to pay some 170 a month on it, I can get a phone at 50 and internet at 20 and 60 will get me great tv but this triple play will most likely be in the circular file soon from this end.
