Get rid of VISS. It's nothing more than money down the drain and McAfee is the worst. It left so many viruses undetected on my computer that I had to call a professional to determine that this was the problem and to clean it up.
There are free viruses programs that do the job much better: avast.com and malwarebytes.com are the two that I use. I understand also there is Microsoft Security Essentials. All of them can be downloaded.
Save yourself the money and the headache now.
