Has anybody else gotten this email from Verizon? It did not include a username. I went to the verizon.com/rewards site, but the links for help with username help did not work. Of course, the email was a no reply email, so I can't report it. None of the catagories on the support web page fit my question. Does anybody know of a general email address for Verizon support? Calling them will lead to manu menus and frustrating conversations with the tech help.

You should have received a post card in the mail within a week or 2 with the username and password to login to the rewards site on it when you signed up for service. I take it that didnt happen. Do you have the password? If so try using your last name as the username. That should do it for you.
It took about 2 and a half weeks for me to get the card after I got the same email about processing.

When I received the email in question the user name was the order number and the password was my last name, in all caps.
I received an email the day after I ordered my new bundle confirming what I had ordered, and it contained the order number, so if the OP still has that he should be able to find the order number there.

I have had the WORST time trying to get information from Verizon or the company that handles their rewards about this card. I greatly appreciate the reward but I received the e-mail about checking the status (i believe) on December 29th and the status still says pending. Ive tried live chatting with an agent about it and they could only tell me that they dont have any further information to give me about it. They also said that my card would be send on or around the 25th of this month, and now when i check (one day later) it changed to say that it will be sent on or around the 27th. I dont understand why it's so difficult to find out the whereabouts of $100. Would REALLLYYY appreciate some help on this subject. ![]()

If it says it will be shipped on the 27th then it will. They usually ship UPS and it will take 1-2 weeks to get it. I received a tracking number by email when mine was shipped. Verizon never knows because their refund cards are processed by a 3rd party company. It should be easy to pull up information regardless, but thats Verizon for you.
