The installation appointment for FiOS TV & Internet was today between 8am and 5pm. It's now 6:50pm.
What - you couldn't call? Forgot the number? Phone was busy? Out of minutes for this month with no rollover minutes?

No your not part of the 10 Verizon Friends and Family. Just kidding. I was very pleased with my last appointment.
Two calls from two different Verizon people two days prior to verify appointment. Call the night before the appointment and call 15 minutes before the appointment window was scheduled to end, stating it is 15 minutes to 12 and I am running a little late. Wow I was very surprised. So I am sure there must have been a scheduling error and Charles will get to the bottom of it.
