Verizon panic

I sit here waiting for my Verizon triple play to be installed and after reading some of these posts I swear I am scared to death.  I can only pray that I do not go threw the same issues so many others are and if I do I will just cancel my account and go back to Comcast.  Please Verizon do not do me wrong!!

I've had fios for a year and a half, have a friend who has had it since it came out years ago, and have neighbors who have it. None of us have had issues. It seems fios is a hit or miss so hopefully things will work out for you.

After reading a lot of posts it seems a lot of issues occur in certain states/cities while others are fine.

Keep in mind that it's very rare for people to come to a support forum and post when their service is working fine. Any support forum is going to have more problems than "Everything's great!" posts.

I have FiOS and love it. The install went smoothly and the service is fantastic.

I want to thank both people that replied to my post.  My daughter has fios and loves it and the point was well made when saying people come to these boards with issues and complaints and seldom with compliments.  I'll just take the wait and see approach and keep my fingers crossed.

Hi all.......I have had VERIZON for over 2 years and I love it!  Not a bit of problems with it.  I have "heard" that there is a fee if they have to come to  your home to fix something.  I don't know as I have never called them for any reason.

I LOVE my FIOS and wouldn't trade it for the world!  😃

FIOS really makes other cable tv's look arcaic!
