Verizon retention department lied.....

2 months or so back I called to cancel service and lady told me she could not lower my bill, but offer me the international phone plan free and 50 over 50 speed upgrade free ...she put anote on my account and I called back on 10-1-14 AND decided to accept the offer. At that time the rep saw the notes and ensured me I would not be charged sent me email wIth ordernumber I called back said email shows Iim going to be charged she said dont worry it will be fixed by billing....get my last 2 bills im bieng charged for both, call up and nobody canfind notes from retention dept.....**bleep**  they tellin me I have to pay and they dont offer any free upgrades..........be sure to record your calls w/ Verizon fios.
