I initiated a payment online and the webpage got hung up between making the payment and the confirmation process (steps 2 and 3). So, I do not know if the payment goes thruough after waiting about 10 minutes (which is ridiculous) and the "wheel" is still spinning.
Have you all had this problem reported before, and if so what is being done to fix it?
