I have been trying to call my friend since last night but everytime I do, it doesn't ring and goes right to this message, "Welcome to Verizon, we cannot complete your call at this time, calling restrictions for this cellular telephone prohibit direct dialing beyond your designated service area." I have no idea what it means, any help?
