Why Do the Chat Reps Suck SOOO MUCH?

This is the 2nd time in two months that I have had to use the chat customer service because I don't have hours to wait for a live rep on the phone.  And this is the 2nd time in two months that I had a rep too lazy to do the work or unable to be helpful.  I'll admit that after the first incident, in which the first rep ended the call prematurely, the second rep was extremely helpful and got the job done immediately.  However, I just chatted with someone today and was attempting to get the information that she claimed she HAD to HAVE while she ended the chat prematurely.  And because I was not given a link to leave feedback I feel obligated to do so here.  The Chat ID is {edited for privacy}.  These people are often rude, lazy, and incompetent.  It is almost enough to make me cancel my contract and just forgo TV service and find a different provider for Internet.
