Will I ever be able to manage my services online?

Since late 2011 I've tried to renew FiOS service online, but I get the infamous "Call your local office" last July I posted here and someone from line support contacted me, and said they would "own it till it was fixed" but then I never heard from them again, and an e-mail to them in September went unanswered. An earlier post this January mentioning this went unanswered as well, but I'll give the benefit of doubt to the fact I added it to a huge and old thread that it just was missed. I'm sure you can agree that this is no way to treat a customer, especially one that pays what FiOS customers do. I just can't believe that a simple problem like this is unable to be fixed in a year's time.

Sorry you are having difficulty with getting your online account to work. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or help you resolve your issue.
