I PAY ALL OF MY BILLS ON-LINE AND VERIZON HAS THE WORST ON-LINE BILLING CAPABILITY. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CLICK ONE TIME PAYMENT AND THE CLOCK JUST GOES AROUND AND AROUND. I CALLED 1-800-VERIZON TODAY AND AFTER BEING SENT TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, WAS STILL UNABLE TO PAY MY BILL DUE TO VERIZON HAVING MY CELL PHONE NUMBER WRONG AND ME BEING ON THE ROAD FOR WORK AND UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN UN-USER FRIENDLY SITUATION WHEN I AM JUST TRYING TO PAY MY PAST DUE BILL. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS W/ANY OTHER COMPANIES TO PAY ON-LINE AND I AM FRUSTRATED WITH VERIZON.

You've already contacted Verizon, and they couldn't help you without your account number. I don't think anyone here will be able to assist, unfortunately. Best of luck, though!
