other than incorrect billing for seven months, dvr's which re-boot at will, jumpy pictures, and widgets which don't work, my fios bundle is wonderful! they have replaced my dvr and wasted my time for no reason. i've gone online for help, but it's clear they don't know of what they speak, and i don't have a week off to wait for someone.
