Your mostly talking peer to peer on this forum.  So not a place to ask for such.

For a paperbill this month you will either have to print a copy yourself or follow the contact us link  mentioned.

You should be able to go into your account and change your bill back from paperless to paper.

I have also experienced trying to get back to paper billing and have been dealing with Verizon representatives for about a year and still haven't received a paper bill. This person is not, in my opinion, venting. It appears, they are posting a problem that others have experienced and want to know how they got it resolved. So in saying that, a more precise answer is needed than talk to a representative, that process has been unsuccessful. Please help us move this problem up the chain-of-command because obviously someone isn't doing their job.
