customer support

Answer the {word filter avoidance} phones. Multi billion dollar company run by the cheapest **bleep** on the planet. And you don't have realtime chat support????? Really????? You cheap **bleep** are whats wrong with this country. Enough is enough, treat your customers like you need them instead of like cattle that are crapping money for you.

I've used Live Chat several times successfully. Has something changed?
