get real people on phone instead of robots that never hear you correCTLY

WHY WHENEVER I CALL TO MAKE A PAYMENT DO I HAVE TO PAY 3.50???????????????

THE SYSTEM NEVER EVER RECOGNIZES MY INFO AND TELLS ME TO CALL BACK????**bleep**
THEN WHEN I TRY TO LOG ON HERE TO MAKE A "FREE" PAYMENT IT DOESNT RECOGNIZE MY INFO EITHER??????
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISCOMFORT OF DEALING WITHIN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
