I've talkedto a Verizon rep before and he said I had problems because I use Safari. I could pay my bill on-line last time but now it just spins. Any one else having trouble paying online with one-time payment? Does anyone know any solutions?

Have you checked for viruses? That could be holding you up.
Have you updated your browser? You could also find out if you are using a browser supported by Verizon. If Verizon does not support Safari at all, Mozilla Firefox is very good and you can always fall back on Internet Explorer if nothing else.
