Like so many others, the price of my set top boxes went up - a total of $6. On top of that, a $20 credit I was getting for 6 months expired at the same time. So my total bill increase $26. But the total taxes increased over $5.00. Is there anyone on this planet that can figure out all of those taxes? How do my taxes go from $13 to $18 - a 38 % increase - when the bill increased $26 ??? Would the customer service rep be able to explain this to me or would I just be wasting my time?
