verizon treats new customers much better than loyal customers!

May come as no surprise to some, but Verizon treats their "new" customers better than their loyal customers.

For me it is a difference of $680! yeah, no joke!  My Triple play contract is up and I'm ready to renew - but here's the rub... $200 less on the VISA pre-paid card, and $20/mo MORE for the same offered service plan! crazy!!

For $680 bucks I'll probably cancel and restart service!
