I want to approach my apartment buildings management to ask them the allow fios in my NYC building. I was wondering if anyone knows what percentage of the building has to be interested in it to make it worth Verizon's time. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you've approached your management company, is there something you did that worked? I am open to any ideas. I have TWC right now and it's making me want to hurt myself.
Thanks!

I never approached my landlord personally about getting Fios. My landlord, at some point, signed an agreement to make Fios available to those of us tenants who want it. I don't know if there needs to be a pecentage of tenants interested. Contact your landlord or property manager and find out. It's only a phone call and all they can say is "no".
