This has been going on for some time now. The wireless desktop is slower than the laptop, but the laptop is too slow as it is. Please let me know what I can do.
Run a speed test and a ping test for us from both machines, performing each test one at a time on only one computer at a time. Use these websites, while I do not prefer them, as they re user friendly enough to deliver the point across.
