Verizon is saying my account is locked. So I go through all the **bleep**..enter my account number and it wants my last bill amount or my last payment amount. I tried both and i know for a fact theyre correct and it says its invalid. Im getting so sick and tired of verizon.
Have you called 1-800-verizon and asked for assistance?
