Bad connectivity lately in NW phila

Last few weeks, the connectivity has been unbearable. Was fine for about a year before that. No known changes to environment. DSL going down multiple times an hour.

There seems to be an issue with the upstream on your line that is a possible cause for your disconnects. You're missing 32Kbps of upstream speed, and also have a noise margin of 6dB which for your distance and overall, is too low. Do you have access to a NID you could plug your modem into to see if it will obtain better statistics?
