High Speed Internet (DSL) and Dial-Up

Earlier today I was assisted with a wireless router problem by Verizon Tech Support. Now everytime I choose a website to browse I am redirected to unwanted sites and occasionally blank pages begin to open. The quicker I close the blank pages, the faster the next ones open!!!! Any suggestions????

@Gorilla: Yeah sounds like you have some type of malware/virus on your computer. Check out the software that Jose suggested. Also if you don't have antivirus software a great free program is AVG Free Antivirus.
