I have FIOS at home in NY with all the bells & whistles. I also have 5 cell phones. When my son started school in Philadelphia last year I ordered DSL for his dorm room. It was at the time of the strike so the order got messed up. They took 2 months to hook him up & they messed up the bill. They kept telling me they would fix it. Now they won't fix it so I ordered Clear.
As I wrote this I was on hold for about 45 minutes waiting for customer service. The music loop just got me more upset.
It felt like hours.
Finally someone answered the phone. She was nice and convinced me to keep my FIOS & Cell service. She did what the other rep said couldn't be done and gave me credit on the over-charges, but it was too late for me to keep my son's DSL.
I hope Verizon fixes their Customer Service Department. They have better equipment then the cable company but you have to wait too long to talk to a human. Every year my bill goes up and yet they don't spend the extra money on fixing the human problem.
