When I check the Verizon residential site for DSL service availability at my home, the fastest service that shows up is the 1.5-3mbps tier. When I search the small business site, it shows that I qualify for 10-15mb service.
It seems to me that if I qualify for 10-15mbps business service, I should theoretically be able to get 7mbps residential service.
Any clues as to why the top tier is only available with the business unit?
Probably because Verizon gets more money that way. (Sorry if that shocked you.)
