#2 What is the brand and model of your router?
#3 What software firewall is on your computer?
#4 Is/are these games for any game console (X-box, PlayStation, Wii) ?
b) If so, do you have only one game console or at least two?

#1 I am not sure.
In your router go to Firewall Settings or to Security
This will depend on what the screens of the 7500 look likes.

Then in your router, go to general. As shown in one of the sample screen shots of the two guides listed above.
What is that firewall set to?
#2 If your Norton software includes a firewall, please make sure that the firewall in XP/Vista is turned off.
a) Is your Norton the 2007 version?
If not the 2007 version, does it look like the guide at

?
#3 What game (or games) are you talking about?

those two links lead me to a list of games O.o
firewall set to medium.
#2 would be related to my comp only, but ill try that.
have norton 2006....will update asap
games: cod4 for the 360. couple mmorpgs for pc (kal online, scions of fate, atlantica online, cabal online) none of the games work. im going to try turning off windows firewall, and if it works for the comp. then i guess i have to turn the firewall on the router to custom i think, and maybe itll work! thanks a lot dslr. will get back with the results.
