I've been told that I have to move away from MSN internet interface.. to a Verizon interface....

I've been trying to do that for two days and I'm still going in circles.... Guess if it is working ???

Noting works on the Verizon side... Instructions are circular and always take one back to view some meaningless dribble that does not help....

I can't find a way to contact a live person at Verizon... I'm ready to chuck Verizon from multiple Cells to Land Line, to TV  to Internet... AND GET A SERVICE THAT WILL WORK.
