ClubPenguin.com Log-In, Blocked????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

May you please open up these ports for TCP outbound traffic: 3724, 6112, 6113, and 9875?

Verizon the ISP does not block any ports except for outbound port 25.  Your home router is probably blocking the ports.  that's what a router with a firewall does, it protects you.

 

If you want the ports opened on your router, I would recommend using www.simpleportforwarding.com  or share your router model number with us here, and one of us can probably give you instructions.  

 

The website I linked is an auto port forward tool, free and very easy to use.
