My Verizon DSL works fine almost. I have no trouble connecting to the internet and can do almost anything I want, with one exception that I know of. I cannot connect to the Walgreen's employee website. I have had Verizon tech support try on four different occasions and they can't do it either. One said it was my computer but my computer connects to that site just fine at any other wifi spot. Their service is in India and while they are very polite and do their best I still have the problem and I can't seem to get to the next level of service. I'm not **bleep** but I'm no geek either. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Have you tried clearing your cache, deleting cookies, browsing history, etc? If so and still cannot connect
you may have an encryption setting or firewall block causing this from FiOS router. You could start with an
online chat and if no help, try calling your local Verizon store (not wireless) as they've been very helpful in the
past for us. Good luck!

I agree with those ideas.
#2 To OP:
a) What is the brand and model of your modem?
b) What is the brand and model of your router?

Have you tried running a tracert to narrow down the issue? Have you tried using a free proxy to try to connect?
