Hi...this is what was showing on my wireless router
DSL Connect Rate (Down/Up) 1504 KBits/Sec by 448 KBits/Sec |
Is this good and if so why so I have so many problems with it?
Also, I have a smart tv and am trying to hook up Netflix and I can not. I have been trying for 4 weeks. I have call the maker of the television (sharp) and I have had someone from Verizon here and I have also contacted Netflix and no one can help me. What am I to do? I can not get a connection....Uuuugggghhhh!!

DSL service has been disconneting several times per day for two weeks. I see little support provided on the Verizon website. It is difficult to find someone to speak to as well.
