Constantly getting disconnected

It has been raining quite a bit in souther California during the past few days, which is exactly when these issues began. My internet would get disconnected every 5-10 minutes and won't come back on for another half an hour. When it does go back on, the speed is extremely slow to the point where it is unusable. There is also a lot of static on the phone and the line would get cut off for hours. The rain stopped now, but these problems still persist. I've tried the DSL support tech but they were no help. Any tips on fixing these issues ? I have a research paper to write and this problem isn't helping at all.

Please post your Modem Transceiver Statistics. You can obtain them by visiting http://192.168.1.1/ , clicking System Monitoring, Advanced Monitors and then Transceiver Statistics. If you are presented with a Username and Password prompt, try one of the following combinations.

admin/password
admin/password1
admin/admin
admin/admin1
Your Verizon username and password
