I'm just cutting the comm with this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE after 55 min.on the phone! They had to come today from 8AM to 9PM but nobody showed up. What the supervisor told me after 50 minutes wait to talk to him is that the service is now closed. Call again (for the 10th time) tomorrow to schedule another appointment. I'm now looking for another provider. BASTA with this trash of Verizon.
