DSL Outage in Central NJ?

Do you guys living in New Brunswick, NJ have any problem to access Internet? I could connect to Internet early this morning and suddenly my modem light turned RED. I called the tech line and they said they would fix it in 4 hours. I have waited for 5+ hours, I still don't have any service.......
