My DSL is currently out of service . Starting about 5:00 PM on May 19, 2012 the service stopped. The modem (Actiontec GW704W) power light is on and the DSL is blinking. Calls to service have been very frustrating. It seems my order for FIOS has confused everything. When I call for service on the Internetroblem I am switched to FIOS Internet support. Calls to HSI support have been mixed. While the techs appear helpful the problem is with the line(?). I a now waiting for a call from the line support with a resolution. My question is there an email address I can address my troubles to? If I hear that horrendous hold music for another second I will be very depressed.
