DSL TROUBLE

I have no idea how to get this info to Verizon DSL support but here goes. DSL in my area is dead or close to it. If you call support they only want to go thru some process that involves modem resets pc resets etc I have a ping log and tracert info that might be of some use to them but try and get them to take it. I expect my only answer is to switch to a new provider. I have had this problem multiple times and can't get a tech to listen.Just venting I know the answer as stated above.
