DSL and Maintenance

Have had verizon phone and DSL for the past seven years until today I had finally had enough.  Everytime Verizon did maintenance on the line I had to change PPOe settings passwords and it took 30-45 minutes everytime.  Was on the phone for at least an hour and a half today and no one could explain why I had to do this everytime.  Its bad enough that when you call your call get transferred to India but when you go to cancel you get someone who speaks perfect English...........funny huh?   So just a parting thought to Verizon Get people who use your service can understand and improve your product or there is going to be a lot more people leaving.
