Why do I constantly have to reboot my DSL modem? Sometimes it's once or twice a day, sometimes its 7-12 times? Why can't I just have a reliable connection all the time? Is that too much to ask for? It seems that my problem isn't uncommon and may just be the nature of the beast, but I find it unacceptable.

I agree it's quite unacceptable. I've spent all last night and the whole of today just switching on and off my modem. It 1:56pm EST and I have not had the use of my internet connection all day long. Quite disgusted.
