Verizon made is replace the Modem which did nothing to help the tech they sent told us we were not getting the speed and told us to lower the bundle so we stay on line ....this has been a nightmare . How can they sell you something they can't back up?

A tech guy sent by Verizon just left and had my problem fixed.
As he said, the problem was found on the wire outside, and he has fixed and had the wire covered to prevent the water.
