Well, I have been a member of Verizon DSL for a few years and I came upon an advertisement about it. The DSL package I have is pretty cheap and is the basic/low package (the 768/128 plan). However, I see that there is another basic plan that is faster than mine (30% more) for the same price I pay (20 dollars).
Here it reads:
Download up to 1 Mbps / Upload up to 384 Kbps
I want to know how I could switch to that plan, presumably for free? I have wanted my internet connection to be a bit faster at times, and thought that I should get my speed upgraded for free since I pay the $20 that you would get for the other plan. And if I am able to update it, will it update by itself, with me noticing the change, or will they need for me to download software, new modem, or what? I would love to see my connection a bit faster than it was.
