Frequent wireless connection loss

I have an IPad and my handheld cellphone. Everyday I lose wifi connections on both. Have to unplug router and plug back in to get wifi back on. This has been a ongoing problem even before Vetizon was connected. It's very annoying, especially when I'm up in a bedroom and have to come downstairs to restart the router. This happens everyday, sometimes twice a day. What's the problem, Verizon??

Do you have any devices that are connected to the router using a wired connection? We need to make sure this isn't a problem with just the wireless environment you are in.

You can use the admin interface to reboot the router from the comfort of your upstairs lair, instead of ruining your knees on the steps.
