Just what do I have to do to get you people to fix whatever problems you have with your stinkin' DSL service in the Tuckerton, NJ area? It has been the same damned thing, year after year, during the Spring/Summer seasons. As soon as the tourists descend on this part of the Jersey shore, I lose DSL service for hours and days at a time. Just a week or two ago, despite my calling your Pakistan/India customer service facilities, I was left without any service for over 72 hours! Do you intend to credit my bill for the loss of that service, or will you, as usual, just choose to ignore my annual plight? When will you finally address this issue? Do I have to seek a remedy from the State of New Jersey? You made me sign a contract for this service, and I fully expect that Verizon will live up to the terms of that agreement! Please advise!!!!
