HSI speed/connectivity issues past couple of days

I live in the Lehigh Valley.  I stream Netflix and have been having connectivity issues the past few days.  Internet has also dropped out several times.   I usually don't have any problems.   Speed checks via non-Verizon websites typically show .73/2.8.  Earlier I tried to uses Verizon's test and I couldn't get it started.   

Is anyone else having issues?   Don't want to call them unless it's just a problem with my system.

#1 Please post the modem status.

#2 If you don't know where they are:

a) What is the brand and model of your modem?

b) If you have separate router, what is the brand and model of it?

I'm in the Lehigh Valley as well, and my Internet service has been out all day today.
