Does anyone know of a link that would describe how to gain access to hidden modem features like signal level reporting?

It seems to me that this should be available.
I can't seem to find it.
It would help me diagnose a problem as only one of the fifty or so Indian technicians that I called into over the last three months seemed to have access to it on my modem and to such data.

Cancel that request, I finally found it under "System Monitoring", "Advanced Status", "Transceiver Stats".
