Intermittent outages in central NJ???

For the past few days, I have been experiencing the following on my Westell 327W "gateway": either the Internet LED goes out or the DSL LED turns red. I notice this after my browser or my email client times out. I am able to log into the 327 and reconnect -- although it may take a few tries -- but I don't know if this is a network problem or a 327 problem. Any thoughts? Can I just take the 327 back to a VZ shop and get a new one -- or an improved one???

Same problem in Eastern PA with a Belkin wireless router!

It is not a computer-specific problem because it occurs on both our desktop and 2 laptops at the same time.

In the past 3 weeks, it's been several times a day that the little yellow triangle with an exclamation point pops up next to the network icon on the taskbar, and we can't connect to the Internet due to "limited connectivity".

Found out that this has also been the case with a friend who lives a mile away and also has Verizon.

Incredibly annoying to have to power cycle my router every few hours....
